The farm
Built so a neighbour
can clock in.
Ameri-Letics started as one printer and a question: could a small church workshop actually pay people? The answer is a print farm — sliced, printed and hand-checked by our own crew, then sold at games, tournaments and church tables.
The products are the point, but the jobs are the reason. Every order is hours on a machine and hours in someone's week.
See what the crew makesHow we work
Work, not a handout
Every hire gets hours, training and a paycheque. No one is a charity case on this floor.
Print it properly or not at all
95A for structure and bounce, 85A where softer means safer. Nothing ships that we would not hand a kid.
Our own lattice
Every pattern is drawn here. We do not copy another maker's protected lattice to save a week of design.
Ten percent back
A tenth of each order goes into the workshop fund for the next machine and the next hire.
How it is made
Print. Inspect. Hand off.
Slice
Each order is sliced for the exact material and colour, then queued against farm capacity.
0.6 mm walls · 15% gyroid infill
Printed in TPU 95A for bounce and structure, TPU 85A where softer means safer.
95A structural · 85A soft
Hand check
Every piece is inspected, deburred and packed by the person who printed it.

Where the money goes
Machines first. Then hours.
We would rather buy the next printer than the next ad. Every new machine adds capacity the crew can actually work — and capacity is what turns a table of keychains into a job.
If your church, school or booster club wants to run a fundraiser with us, the money stays local: printed here, packed here, delivered by hand where we can.
